I did a pretty hard workout today.
- 35 min elliptical
- 15 min weight machines (abdominal press & shoulder press)
- 10 min stair stepper 

I still can't go any longer on the stair stepper. I get so winded and sweat everywhere. It's disgusting but I guess it's working. I'll do a normal 10 min on there a few times a week to get used to it.
