Today was a super big day - I really worked hard today to make up for the last two days. I went to the gym when Catie took a nap and I got on the elliptical for at least an hour. I burned almost 500 calories.

Then, later tonight I even had time to do a 30 min cycle. I am feeling very good. I think I will do the 1 hour elliptical more often and then next week I can move it up to level 2.

I can see progress. I hope it keeps going. We are almost through the month and I am hoping to make this a full sweep - close rings every single day until February 2021. 

My Lose It app says I should meet my body goal by May 2021. I really hope that's true. I am excited to see how this goes. I wish I wasn't so tempted by junk food. I absolutely love trash fast food. I have not yet gone over my daily calories yet this month - but I've definitely had some fast food. I really hope to cut that down. It's not helping my stupid gallbladder, either.
