Catie decided to get up at 5am so while everyone was taking a nap (9am) I headed into the gym. I followed the same pattern I have been - 30 min elliptical on trainer mode and 40 or so on the treadmill on trainer. I also did 3 sets of 5 on some machines for arms. 

I did 274 calories on the elliptical and 201 on the treadmill.

I’d like to do longer stretches on the elliptical but I don’t want to burn myself out - so for now I’ll stay at 30. Next week I’ll bump it to 45 and more arms.
